Managing IP World Survey 2008 ranks Ehrlich & Fenster as Israel’s No. 1 Patent Attorneys Firm

01.03.2008

The Managing IP World Survey found Ehrlich & Fenster
to be Israel’s No. 1 Patent Attorneys firm. The Managing IP ranking is based on extensive research
and interviews with patent practitioners worldwide. A team of researchers based in London, Hong
Kong and New York contacted firms in 65 jurisdictions to ask them for information and feedback on
the rankings.

The results of the survey highlight the unparallel level of service offered to clients by the
Ehrlich & Fenster team. Managing IP surveys concentrate on quality of services offered to clients
and associates worldwide. The ranking is decided based on recommendations by associates and
clients. The survey listed 10 patent firms in Israel, ranking them in three tiers, ranking Ehrlich
& Fenster at pole position in the first tier.

Ehrlich & Partners was established in 2000 by Dr. Gal Ehrlich. Since then, the company has grown
and flourished to encompass well over one hundred staff, of which sixty are professional employees.

In 2006, Ehrlich & Partners merged with Fenster & Company, becoming Ehrlich & Fenster. The merger
further propelled Ehrlich & Fenster’s ability to provide clients and associates alike the
professionalism required to be rated first in the profession.
Ehrlich & Fenster specializes in handling patent portfolios
of various size and complexity, from private entrepreneurs to the largest international
organizations. The firm
is known for having unrivaled knowledge in all technological fields, superb expertise in the art
of patent drafting and prosecution, diligent management, and personal service rendered to each and
every client.

Despite its meteoric growth and acknowledged success, Ehrlich & Fenster does not rest on its
laurels, but rather continues to serve the R&D community in Israel in offering yet better and new
services.

Two current areas of expansion are in the field of Trademarks and services rendered to foreign
associates. Ehrlich & Fenster aggressively pursues effective and broad trademark protection for
their clients with the Israel Trade Mark Registry, based on an understanding of the client’s
business needs.

Ehrlich & Fenster Patent Attorneys also file more PCT applications than any other Israeli patent
attorney firm and have a rapidly increasing number of national
phase filings all over the world.
