Since 1994, after having worked as a Patent Attorney for a small patent firm in Israel for six years, Dr. Ehrlich set up his own firm, Ehrlich & Partners, in 1995.
He immediately set out to complement his expertise with a premier staff of highly talented patent attorneys in diverse disciplines including Biotech, Immunology, Agrotechnology, Algeatech, Bioinformatics, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Physics, Electronics, Electrooptics, Mechanics, Medical Devices, Computer Software, Computer Hardware, Telecommunications, Business Methods, Trademarks, Design Patents, IP Litigation Support and Breeder’s, Rights among others.
In 2017, Dr. Ehrlich founded the Ehrlich Group, which includes the renowned patent attorneys firm, Ehrlich & Fenster; Ehrlich, Neubauer and Meltzer, which is a boutique firm with rich experience and knowledge in all areas of intellectual property; and IPTrade, which helps companies in various technology fields to realize the economic value of their intellectual property rights on an international level.
The cooperation between Ehrlich & Fenster and Ehrlich, Neubauer and Melzer allows its clients to enjoy the best of both worlds at the same time.

2017 – Dr. Ehrlich founded Ehrlich, Neubauer and Melzer (EN&M), a boutique IP law firm, to meet the legal needs of the clients of the group in the field of intellectual property.
2007 – Dr. Ehrlich, together with his brother, Adv. Amit Ehrlich founded IPTradeTM, Israel’s premier service for assisting High-Tech companies and private patent owners in monetizing their Intellectual Property assets on the Global stage.
December 2006 – the firm of Fenster & Co. merged into Ehrlich & Partners, becoming Ehrlich & Fenster.
1995 – Dr. Ehrlich founded Ehrlich & Partners, the fastest growing Intellectual Property firm in Israel.
1994 – 2000 Patent Attorney.
1995 – 1998 Served as a lecturer at the Faculty of General Studies and the Faculty of Law of the Haifa University.

1993 – 1996 LL.B. degree from the Tel-Aviv University Law School
1986 – 1993 B.Sc. degree in Biology and Ph.D degree in Genetic Engineering from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem
During his academic career, Dr. Ehrlich authored over 25 papers, chapters and books in the fields of Medicine, Biology, Biochemistry, Genetic Engineering, Law and Ethics.

2007 – Drafter of the Policies and Regulations of the Tribunal of the Israeli Equestrian Federation.
2005 – 2014 – Pro bono drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications for MILBAT, a voluntary organization developing and implementing technological solutions for the disabled.
1994 – Present – Member of the Society for Medicine and Law in Israel.
2009 – 2015 – an active member in the parents committee of the Kfar Shmaryahu –Hof Hasharon Elementary school.
2015 – 2018 – Head of parents committee of the Ben Gurion Intermediate school in Herzelia and a member of the municipal parents committee of Herzelia.
