Marta is the personal assistant to Dr. Gal Ehrlich and she is also in charge of human resources and administration at our office.
Before joining our firm, she was a project manager in an entrepreneurial real estate company for 10 years. Worked directly under the CEO of the company, managing projects of thousand apartments from the initial assessment, through supervision of a specialist’s team, preparing construction projects, through obtaining construction permits, selection of contractors, marketing and sale of the constructed spaces and implementation. Managing a team of several people and cooperation with external contractors. Payment’s approval, supervising money collection, dealing with company accountant, monitoring tasks execution. Cooperation with banks, state and local offices. Organization of events for clients. Responsible for contact with investors and customers.
